Use 1 Tablespoon to 2 Tablespoons of each herb. Put in a container.
HOW TO USE
Take one tablespoon of the herbal blend and steep in a boiling water. Cover the cup with a saucer. It is not recommended to add any sugar to this tea blend except stevia extract.
