KEEP HAIR, SKIN, AND NAILS IN GOOD HEALTH!


To keep hair, skin, and nails in good health/condition, it is necessary to follow a balanced diet, especially in regards to protein, vitamins, and minerals (iron), and essential fatty acids. Besides, diet should be free from:

  • Intoxicating substances
  • Foods containing wastes substances that must be eliminated through the skin, causing eczema, such as shellfish, sausages, and variety of meats.
  • Chemical substances that causes allergies, such as artificial coloring, certain preservatives, and additives.

Cucumber, Avocado, and Mango’s that nourish, protect, and make skin more beautiful.
